WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE THE 60-MIN "BOOT CAMP" TRAINING SESSIONS?

 Monday & Wednesday at 5:45pm. Saturday at 10:00am.  *More classes open after these fill up (including morning groups) 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 60-MIN "BOOT CAMP" TRAINING SESSIONS AND THE 30-MIN "SWEAT SESSIONS"?

 The "Boot Camp" sessions are longer, more difficult classes led by a Top Line coach.  The "Sweat Sessions" are quick, simple, conditioning workout that isn't at a set time with a "trainer".  We made these for creating the habit of daily exercise & convenience. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A TOP LINE CHALLENGE?

WHAT MAKES THE TOP LINE BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS?

Caring. Ya, we actually care more about leading & encouraging you during the 23 hours a day you’re not with us rather than during the 60 minutes you are. The actual workout is the easy part. 

WHERE IS TOP LINE?

We are located at 2012 West Bender Road In Glendale Wisconsin (53209) in a huge, clean, and fully equipped 6,000 square foot training paradise! 

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

No. But we do have two great bathrooms where you can change and get cleaned up before you head out. And a hose outside :) 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Nope, once you register on this site, you are all set to start your challenge, no strings attached. Simplicity is key!

I'M UNDER 18...CAN I STILL JOIN THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?

Of course you can! You’ll just need to have a parent or guardian present to sign a liability waiver for you before you begin your challenge. Heck, why not have your parent do it with you? 

SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING BEFORE MY SWEAT SESSIONS?

Yes and yes. One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a fitness routine is eating too much or nothing at all beforehand. We suggest at least 12-24 oz of water and a high protein and moderate carbohydrate pre-training snack or smoothie. Pre-workout idea and recipes will be included in the Boot Camp Challenge package you receive when you get started. 

WHAT IF I KNOW DEEP DOWN THAT I SHOULD TAKE THE BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, BUT I AM SO AFRAID, SELF-CONSCIOUS, AND INTIMIDATED THAT I AM STRUGGLING TO COMMIT?

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

We love our squeaky clean facility, so just bring an extra pair of clean training shoes, a positive attitude, a water bottle and a few friends, family members or followers who want to join too!

WHEN DOES MY "6 WEEK BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE" START?

Your challenge starts when you start! You have 30-days to start from the day you sign-up. 

CAN I SPLIT UP MY PAYMENTS?

Yes!  But... It's 2-evenly split payments of $425 ($150 over this websites price). The best deal is the one on this page.

WHAT IF I GET TOO SORE?

Our goal is to make progress, not beat you up from the start. Our coaches are trained to start people slow and build them up intelligently with proper programming.  

WHAT IF I'M TOO OLD? 

If you are 65 or younger, you still won’t be the oldest to join the challenge. Yes, we may modify things, but everyone can benefit from a smart exercise and training program, no matter your age.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY? 

A great coach's job is to make adjustments. We've got you covered. 

WHAT IF I GET HURT?

Soreness should be expected. But the first rule of coaching is “do no harm." Our mission is to get and keep you healthy. 

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GET BULKY? 

The goal of our “Boot Camp Challenge” training is to burn calories, keep you fit and trim and healthy…Not turn you into The Incredible Hulk!  If your goal is to gain tons of muscle, this is the wrong program for you.  

ARE THERE "CHEAT DAYS?" 

There are “cheat meals." Everything in moderation. If you wouldn’t work out for an entire day straight, you shouldn’t eat horrible for an entire day straight. Right? 

CAN I STILL DRINK?

 A good rule of thumb when staying fit and trying to enjoy a drink is this: “A drop or two keeps the engine running smooth, too much and you’ll grind your gears”. Stay classy and you’ll be good. 

WHAT IF I DON'T EAT MEAT?

“The butcher mentality” says meat is always what’s for dinner. But what about a juicy and crispy salad or some fish or some quinoa and veggie bowl? We will find your sweet spot nutritionally, no problem.

WHAT IF I'M NERVOUS?

Fear is the great indicator. The goal is to chase your fears, and not let them chase you. Behind your fear lies your greatest potential success!

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE?

Our Top Line coaching staff shows you how to do it right the first time and will help you avoid making rookie mistakes in the gym!

Training is a love/hate relationship. You hate it while you're doing it and then love yourself once you're finished. Everything you want in this life is hidden behind something that will challenge you to get it.
