*You can cancel anytime by filling out a cancellation form (easily found inside the gym) giving us equivalent notice = to 2 of your current billing cycles of advanced notice to cancel 

.*You will be billed on a recurring membership once a month on the same day you initially signed up until or if you decide to give a written notice to terminate your membership. 

*Athletes under the age of 18 are required to train under the supervision of a professional coach or trainer & also have written consent from a parent or guardian. 

*You will be required to pay $30 to secure a replacement scan card. Scan cards cost money, so don't lose yours.  and let's get you started.
